The EAGLE 10 million 8 projection 3DAOI system performs 100% 2D and 3D full inspection on PCB. It guarantees complete shadow-free optical detection and low false alarm rate, and maintains highly flexible system functions.


It has been used in Pemtron solder paste inspection system for more than 10 years. Phase contour measurement technology is sufficient to prove the advancement and effectiveness of 3D technology

Using the principle of optical color drawing and the establishment of template comparison to identify the Part Name of the component, OCR fonts can be added and modified to optimize the detection ability of Part Name and better identify fonts.

EAGLE 3D can measure pin height, solder height and volume, and provide high-quality, true-color 3D images.

3D solder height measurement


Using our advanced 3D technology, EAGLE 3D AOI can detect areas that cannot be reached by traditional 2D AOI.


The test items of solder height, volume and component coplanarity have been increased, greatly improving the detection ability of defective products.
